Weight Management – Alveus ALV-101-1

Profound Research is enrolling a weight management study that is assessing an investigational medication to see if it aids in the maintenance of weight. 

To be eligible to participate, you must: 

• Be 18-75 years of age 

• Have a BMI of at least 27 

• Have been taking a stable dose of semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsis) for weight management at 1.7mg-7.2mg, for at least 3 continuous months 

• • When semaglutide was started you must have had a BMI of 30+ or 27+ with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or sleep apnea 

• • Since starting semaglutide, you must have had Weight Management of 10% and are now stable for at least 3 months 

• Not have diabetes 

• Not have had Weight Management surgery or use a Weight Management device (some exceptions are allowed) 

• Not have started a Weight Management program in the last 3 months 

Additional criteria apply. 

Qualified participants will receive: 

• Study-related care and study medication at no cost 

• Financial compensation for time and travel expenses 

Number of visits and duration of study: 

• 13 clinic visits and 6 phone calls over a 36-week time period
