Hypertension Research Study

Blood Pressure Still Not Where it Should Be? 

Profound Research is enrolling a Hypertension study that is assessing an investigational medication to see if it controls blood pressure. 

To be eligible to participate, you must: 

  • Be 18-75 years of age 
  • Have a BMI of 18-35 
  • Have blood pressure readings of 135/80 or higher but less than 175/110 
  • Have uncontrolled hypertension while being on 2-5 blood pressure medications as follows: 
    • ACE-inhibitors 
    • ARBs 
    • Beta blockers 
    • Calcium channel blockers 
    • Mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists 
    • Diuretics 
  • If taking a PDE5 inhibitor, must be willing to stop 7 days prior to screening and during the study period 

Additional criteria apply. 

Qualified participants will receive: 

  • Study-related care and study medication at no cost 
  • Financial compensation for time and travel expenses
