To be eligible to participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age with the following conditions:
  • Cancer (Michigan only)
  • Heart Disease (California only)
  • Insulin-Dependent Diabetes (California only)
  • Respiratory conditions (California only)
• OR be at least 65 years of age (California only)

Additional criteria apply.

Qualified participants will receive:

• Study-related care and study vaccine at no cost
• Financial compensation for time and travel expenses
