San Diego Sports Medicine Partners with Profound Research to Expand Clinical Trial Access in Southern California
San Diego, CA | San Diego Sports Medicine and Family Health Center announces a strategic partnership with Profound Research to launch a clinical research center.
The partnership will embed clinical research operations at select San Diego Sports Medicine locations, with an initial focus on internal medicine and metabolic trials. This model allows patients to participate in clinical research directly through their trusted physicians – removing barriers and accelerating care options for the community. This also reinforces San Diego Sports Medicine’s long-standing reputation for patient-centered care in San Diego and builds on the group’s strong research experience.
Through this collaboration, San Diego Sports Medicine will gain access to Profound’s operational expertise in trial activation, patient recruitment and regulatory compliance, helping bring new treatment opportunities to Southern California.
