Diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease Within the Last 3 Years? 

Help Advance Research Aimed at Delaying the Progression of Movement-Related Symptoms

Profound Research is enrolling a Parkinson’s Disease study that is evaluating whether an investigational drug may help delay the progression of movement-related symptoms. 

To be eligible to participate, you must: 

  • Be 40-85 years; all genders 
  • Have a diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson’s Disease for 3 months to 3 years 
  • Be on a stable dose of Levodopa for at least 2 months 
  • Have a BMI of 18-34 
  • Be able to swallow whole capsules 
  • Not have: 
    • Dyskinesia, motor fluctuations, freezing episodes or more than 2 falls per month 
    • Brain surgery for Parkinson’s Disease  
    • Huntington’s Disease 
    • Stroke 
    • Alzheimer’s Disease 
    • Lewy Body Dementia 
    • Multiple Sclerosis 
    • Significant neurologic disease 
    • Unstable/clinically significant cardiovascular disease within the last year 
    • Epilepsy/Seizures 

Additional criteria apply. 

Qualified participants will receive: 

  • Study-related care and study drug at no cost 
  • Financial compensation for reasonable time and travel expenses 

Number of visits and duration of study: 

  •  Placebo-Controlled Phase: minimum of 104 weeks
