Experiencing Memory Issues, Communication Challenges, and Decision-Making Problems? Could you be experiencing early signs of Dementia? 

Consider a research study for Early Cognitive Decline for you or a loved one. 

The Neurology Center of Southern California, along with Profound Research, are enrolling a Dementia study that is assessing Donanemab (Kisunla) to see if it changes cognitive and functional progression. 

To be eligible to participate, you must: 

  • Be 55-85 years of age 
  • Have gradual and progressive cognitive decline for at least 6 months 
  • Have a caregiver who is willing to attend all study visits 
  • If taking symptomatic medication for Alzheimer’s Disease, Dementia with Lewy Bodies, or Parkisonism, medication must be stable for at least 30 days 
  • Have a life expectancy of at least 2 years 

Additional criteria apply. 

Qualified participants will receive: 

  • Study-related care and study medication at no cost 
  • Financial compensation [up to $XX] for time and travel expenses 

Number of visits and duration of study: 

  • 17 clinic visits over a 60-week time period
