John brings a wealth of legal and strategic expertise, honed through over a decade of experience in the clinical research industry. His deep understanding of legal affairs, contract negotiations, and business continuity planning makes him an invaluable asset to our organization as we continue to expand our impact in advancing therapeutic solutions.
John’s career spans leadership roles at prominent organizations such as IQVIA, where he served as Global Head of Legal Affairs for Research and Development Solutions, managing legal affairs for an $8 billion business unit. He has also held positions at PRA Health Sciences and Clinical Technology Transfer Group, where he demonstrated his prowess in clinical contracting, litigation management, and regulatory compliance. Notably, John led IQVIA's legal response during the Russia-Ukraine crisis, a critical effort that earned him the 2023 IQVIA CEO Award for excellence.
