Profound Research and Cardiology and Vascular Associates are enrolling an Atherosclerosis study that is assessing an investigational medication in patients who are already on treatment for Atherosclerosis, a condition where the arteries harden from plaque buildup, making blood flow more restricted.
To be eligible to participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Confirmed evidence of atherosclerosis
- Meet at least 1 of the following:
- Be on stable standard-of-care treatment for atherosclerosis
- Have had revascularization
- Not have heart failure
Additional criteria apply.
Qualified participants will receive:
- Study-related assessments and investigational medication or placebo at no cost
- Financial compensation for time and travel expenses
